Clockify offers unlimited users on its free plan (Toggl limits free to 5 users). Toggl has a more polished interface and deeper reporting. Both integrate with Online Invoice Maker for time-to-invoice conversion. Choose Clockify if budget is a primary concern.

Yes. Connect your Clockify account, select a project and date range, and all matching time entries are imported as invoice line items. Each entry includes the task description, duration, hourly rate, and calculated amount.

Yes. The Clockify API is available on all plans including the free tier. You get unlimited time tracking, unlimited users, and unlimited projects at no cost. The API key needed for this integration is accessible from your Clockify profile.

You can set rates in either tool. If you have billable rates configured in Clockify (available on paid plans), those rates are imported automatically. Otherwise, set default hourly rates in Invoice Maker per project or per client.

You can choose to group entries by task, by day, by project, or show each entry individually. Grouping by task is ideal for clients who want a summary, while individual entries work well for clients who need detailed timesheets.

Yes. Select all team members whose time should be included when importing entries. Each person's entries can be shown separately or grouped together, depending on your preference and client requirements.

You can import time entries from multiple Clockify projects into a single invoice. Entries are organized by project with subtotals, giving your client a clear breakdown of time spent on each area of work.

Yes. When importing time entries, you can choose to round to the nearest 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or hour. You can also manually adjust any individual entry after import. Rounding settings can be saved as defaults.

Imported time entries are tagged as "invoiced" in our system. When you create the next invoice, previously billed entries are excluded by default. You can also filter by date range to ensure clean billing periods.
