Export Invoices to Google Sheets

Every field is exported: invoice number, date, due date, customer name, line items, subtotal, tax amounts, discounts, shipping, total, payment status, and currency. You get a complete record of every invoice in spreadsheet format.

Both options are available. You can set up automatic sync so new invoices appear in your Google Sheet within minutes of creation. You can also trigger a manual export at any time for a specific date range.

Yes. Since the data lives in Google Sheets, you can share it with anyone using standard Google sharing permissions. Your accountant gets real-time access to invoice data without needing an Online Invoice Maker account.

Absolutely. Once your invoice data is in Google Sheets, you have full access to formulas, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting. Common reports include monthly revenue summaries, outstanding payments aging, and customer-wise billing analysis.

Both invoices and quotations can be exported. Each goes to a separate sheet tab within the same Google Sheets document, making it easy to track your sales pipeline from quote to payment.

Yes. The Google Sheets export serves as an excellent secondary backup. Every invoice and its details are preserved in your Google Drive, which has its own version history and backup features.

No hard limit from our side. Google Sheets supports up to 10 million cells per spreadsheet, which is enough for tens of thousands of invoices. For very high volumes, data is automatically split across multiple sheet tabs.

Yes. You can bulk-create invoices by preparing data in a Google Sheet with customer name, items, amounts, and dates, then importing it. This is ideal for migrating from spreadsheet-based invoicing or creating batch invoices.

Yes. The integration works with both personal Google accounts and Google Workspace business accounts. For Workspace, your admin may need to approve the app in the Google Workspace admin console.

Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard and click Disconnect next to Google Sheets. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Existing exported data remains in your Google Sheet.
